Neubify ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual and business that uses our products. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use Neubify Workspace and associated products including Cloud Business and Neubify AI. By using any Neubify product, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services. This policy was last updated on June 23, 2026, and applies to all Neubify products globally.

We collect the following categories of information: Account Information — When you create a Neubify account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash; never in plaintext). Business Data — Information you enter into Neubify products, such as inventory records, customer orders, employee schedules, financial transactions, and patient appointments. This data belongs entirely to you. Usage Data — We collect anonymized telemetry about how features are used to improve our products. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or businesses. Device & Technical Data — Browser type, IP address (used for security verification only), and session duration. IP addresses are discarded after 30 days. Support Communications — If you contact our support team, we retain conversation history to provide continuity of service.

We use collected information solely for the following purposes: — To provide, maintain, and improve Neubify products and services — To authenticate your identity and maintain account security — To send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, invoices, account alerts) — To diagnose technical issues and improve system performance — To respond to your support requests — To comply with applicable legal obligations We do not use your business data to train AI models without explicit written consent. Neubify AI is trained on anonymized, aggregated operational patterns, not on specific customer records.

Unlike most SaaS platforms, Neubify owns and operates its own server infrastructure. Your data is never stored on or transmitted through Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure. All data is stored in Neubify's own data centers, currently located in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Dubai (UAE). Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Business data is replicated across multiple data centers for redundancy. You may request data localization to a specific region under our Enterprise plan. Backups are retained for 30 days and are encrypted with separate key material from production data.

Neubify does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances: With your explicit consent — for example, if you authorize an integration with a third-party service. Legal compliance — if we are required to disclose information by applicable law, court order, or government regulation. We will notify you of such requests to the extent permitted by law. Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer data may transfer to the acquiring entity under equivalent privacy protections. We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics aggregators.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information. Deletion — Request deletion of your account and all associated data. Note: some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes for up to 90 days. Portability — Export your business data in JSON or CSV format at any time from the Settings panel. Restriction — Request that we stop processing your data in certain ways. Neubify uses the following cookies: Session cookies — Required for authentication. Expire when you close the browser. Preference cookies — Store your theme and language preferences. Expire after 1 year. Security cookies — Used to detect and prevent fraudulent sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any similar third-party tracking service. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this will prevent you from signing in to Neubify products.

Neubify products are intended for business use only and are not designed for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child under 16 has created an account, we will delete the account and all associated data immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by displaying a notice in the Neubify Workspace dashboard at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Neubify products after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
